François' chocolate cake
9 onces chocolate
9 onces powder sugar
9 onces butter
2 tablespoons flower
Preheat oven at 302° F,
Grease a 9 inch cake tin with butter.
Break chocolate in small pieces, cut butter in small bits in a large microwavable bowl.
Melt chocolate & butter 2 minutes in micro-wave oven. Mix with a whisk. Melt again in mw if necessary (30 seconds by 30 seconds), and mix until smooth.
Add flower, then the eggs. Mix well.
Transfer to bake tin.
Bake 30 minutes in oven at 302 ° F. A knife should not come out clean from the center : it must be""fondant" !
The heart must be tender, do not over cook (dry).
